Everyone is a leader, and anyone has equal ability to launch a new initiative. Rather than being concentrated among a handful of people, management responsibilities are distributed throughout the entire organization.

This type of culture may seem like a distant dream, but it is very much a reality among companies like Zappos, Buffer and Square. Known as a “holacracy,” this management style is especially popular among millennials.
