Surprisingly, however, a relatively small proportion of millennials have ambitions to join the C-suite, leaving boomers and gen x employees to hold down the fort as top-level leaders. According to one survey from Bentley University, 66 percent of millennials reported an interest in starting their own companies, and 37 percent reported wanting to strike out as independent consultants…
